How:
Gently rub a pea-sized amount of baking soda free deodorant cream into each armpit.
Where:
Armpits.

As needed.
Good to know:
This balm-like cream can sometimes melt in transit when temperatures rise. If your cream is runny or liquified, give it a good mix and pop it in the fridge until solid. If your cream is grainy (this happens when it cools down too slowly after melting), simply melt it, mix thoroughly and pop it in the fridge until solid.
