Kinder Beauty is a cruelty-free and vegan beauty subscription. Each monthly box is packed with at least $75 worth of hand-picked cosmetics, skin care, haircare, accessories & more!

If you buy your first box before we’ve sold out of the current month’s inventory, your first box will either ship by the 18th of the month, or within one week of your purchase (if you purchase after the 13th).

If we’ve completely sold out of the current month’s box, you’ll be added to the top of the list of people to receive the following month’s shipment.

Once you’re an existing subscriber, we’ll bill you for your monthly shipments on the 8th of each month and ship your package out of our warehouse between the 15th and the 18th of the month. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your box leaves the warehouse. If for any reason you’d like to cancel your subscription, please let us know before the 12th of the month.

Yes! Every product that goes into a Kinder Beauty box is 100% vegan, and every brand we work with is completely cruelty-free. This means the products and ingredients are never tested on animals, the products aren’t sold in China or any other countries that mandate animal testing, and the brands aren’t owned by any parent companies that test on animals.

We hate waste, too! That’s why we’ve taken earth-friendly steps we hope you’ll appreciate. For starters, our box is made from 100% recycled materials and is both biodegradable and compostable. The packing materials inside the box are also made from 100% recycled materials, and the ink used to print our logo and designs on the outside of the box, is an eco-friendly soy-based ink. Pretty cool, right?!

In terms of the individual product packaging, many of the brands we work with use only eco-friendly materials. However, not every brand is quite there yet. We hope consumers will join us in urging more brands to switch over to using only eco-friendly packaging.

Yes! Every month a portion of proceeds goes to various animal rights and environmental causes. In 2019, Kinder Beauty has supported organizations such as ASPCA, Farm Sanctuary, Los Angeles County Animal Care Foundation and Compassion Over Killing, to name just a few.

Our monthly subscription plan costs just $25 per month.

If you commit to a 3-Month or 6-Month plan, you pay upfront, but the “per box” rate is discounted to $24/box on the 3-Month plan or $23/ box on the 6-Month plan.

Shipping is free for US customers. For international customers, there is an additional $5.95 per box fee for shipping and handling.

You’ll be billed on the day you first sign up for KBB – and then on the 8th of the month, every month thereafter.

We will do our best to resolve every issue that pops up. It’s important to us that we take care of you. If there’s something in your box that arrives damaged – or something that just doesn’t work for you, please let us know. There’s no need to return the damaged or defective product – we’ll ship a replacement to you for free!

If you’d like to cancel a pending order, please write in before the 12th of the month (for existing orders), and within 48 hours of your purchase (for new customers).

Your Kinder Beauty subscription can be canceled by logging into your account and going to the subscription tab under your name. There will be an option under Action that will allow you to cancel your subscription.

That’s it! No need to call or e-mail anyone. Once you cancel your subscription you won’t be billed again. Though you will still receive any monthly Beauty boxes for which you’ve already paid.

To change your password, please visit enter your email address under “Forgot Your Password?” We will send a reset password link to the email address on file.

If you need to update the email address on file, please log into your account, click on “Billing Information,” and then click on “Edit” under your email address.

To reactivate your account, please log in, click on “Subscriptions,” and then click on “Re-activate.”

Once you’ve accessed your billing screen, you’ll be able to update your billing method, shipping address, and email.

If you have a new address, please let us know. We’ll update all of your shipping information for you.

To track your Beauty Box, you will be sent an email containing a tracking number once it has left our warehouse!

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for package to be delivered to domestic customers from the day your box leaves our warehouse. For international packages to be delivered it can take up to 4 weeks from the day your box leaves our warehouse, depending on the time it takes to clear customs.

If you want to test the waters with just one Kinder Beauty box to start, we understand. The best way to accomplish this is to sign up for our monthly subscription plan, and then cancel your subscription just as soon as your first box ships. This should prevent you from being charged for your second month’s box.

We usually have at least one “one-off” box available for purchase (i.e. Spring Collection, Summer Collection). This is a great way to get a high-value Kinder Beauty box without having to subscribe.
